Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs using validated tools and methodologies.

• Provide weekly evidence-based therapeutic interventions via telemedicine platforms to adults facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions.

• Utilize technology effectively for video sessions, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for clients.

• Apply cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches tailored to individual client needs.

• Engage clients through open-ended questions to help them explore their feelings and behaviors deeper, fostering a reflective therapeutic process.

• Document all client interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Participate in regular team meetings for case discussions, supervision, and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPCC at Health Aura, you will primarily serve adult clients dealing with a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, grief and loss, transitional life challenges, and medication management. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, often requiring a compassionate, culturally competent approach to therapy. By leveraging telehealth, you will connect with clients from various geographic areas, allowing you to make a significant impact on individuals' lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

• Proven understanding of mental health and substance abuse diagnoses.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2-3 years of recent clinical experience utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy and other evidence-based practices in a therapeutic setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position comes with a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with your experience and caseload management skills.
