Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your essential duties will include:

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans and discharge strategies collaboratively with clients and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current and valid licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) in California is required. We are unable to accept applicants with an associate license as they cannot bill through Medicare.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology, including telehealth platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work independently while still contributing as a collaborative team member.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in geriatric counseling is preferred, but not essential. Additionally, familiarity with teletherapy practices will be considered a valuable asset to enhance client engagement and outreach.
