Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs to create tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services via secure online platforms, adjusting techniques to meet individual client preferences and goals.

• Collaborate with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals and provide continuous support and feedback throughout their treatment journey.

• Utilize diverse therapeutic methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy, and family systems therapy, depending on each client’s requirements.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of all therapy sessions and track client progress through our practice management software, ensuring compliance with state regulations and privacy laws.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a variety of clients including children and adolescents navigating emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges. This position demands a deep understanding of the unique developmental and mental health needs of young clients and their families, as well as the ability to foster a trusting therapeutic alliance in a remote setting.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Demonstrable skills in building rapport with clients remotely, exemplifying empathy, compassion, and an understanding of their challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, supplemented with a sign-on bonus for new therapists. Benefits include:
