Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

You will be called upon to adapt your therapeutic approaches to meet the unique cultural and personal experiences of your clients, fostering an inclusive environment that respects their individual journeys.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Georgia.

• A strong understanding of mental health disorders and their treatment modalities.

• Excellent assessment capabilities to develop effective treatment strategies.

• Proficient interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

We are looking for candidates with at least two years of professional experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating proven effectiveness in providing both individual and group therapy. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and a record of collaborative practice in clinical settings will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
