Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, tailoring approaches to meet the unique needs of diverse populations.

• Document session notes, create individualized treatment plans, and complete billing procedures within specified timeframes to ensure compliance and efficient service delivery.

• Develop crisis plans, safety plans, and relapse prevention strategies that promote stability and wellness among clients while offering guidance through challenging scenarios.

• Prepare comprehensive discharge plans that facilitate smooth transitions in care, ensuring ongoing support and resources are available to clients post-therapy.

• Adhere rigorously to federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies to maintain the highest ethical standards in practice.

• Engage in regular training and continuing education to maintain licensure and enhance clinical skills, staying updated on the latest research and practices in mental health care.

• Participate in case consultations and agency meetings to foster collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that qualifies you for licensure.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the State of Colorado.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic documentation tools is preferred.

• Experience working in a telehealth setting is a plus, with demonstrated ability to engage and connect with clients remotely.
