Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate the needs of clients and develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and solution-focused strategies.

• Implement appropriate therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while continuously assessing the effectiveness of these approaches.

• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all patient information is secure and private.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to provide integrated care.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
