Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough preliminary interviews with clients, documenting their mental, behavioral, and emotional health from the initial consultation through the end of treatment.

• Evaluate clients’ conditions to understand their needs and develop personalized intervention and recovery plans tailored to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
\n
• Facilitate engaging and supportive individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing up-to-date therapeutic methods and evidence-based practices.
\n
• Monitor client progress throughout their treatment plans, adjusting interventions as needed to ensure effective recovery and support.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to create cohesive and comprehensive care plans.
\n
• Manage referrals to other specialists and follow up with clients admitted to hospitals for additional care.
\n
• Identify and address behaviors that may hinder recovery, providing guidance to clients and support systems in managing these challenges.

• Assist family members and primary caregivers in understanding and addressing mental and behavioral health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse group of patients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and relational challenges. By providing compassionate care through telehealth, you will play a crucial role in enhancing their mental health outcomes and fostering resilience in navigating their life journeys.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Colorado.
\n
• A passing score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).
\n
• Proven experience as a mental health counselor in a clinical setting, showcasing your ability to manage diverse client needs effectively.
\n
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems, specifically AVATAR, to document client interactions and maintain records.
\n
• A familiarity with American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA) best practices, including ethical considerations and treatment methodologies.
\n
• Understanding of the impact of pharmacological treatments and how they relate to mental health conditions.
\n
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong emphasis on interpersonal relationships and empathy.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with patients who have co-occurring physical health issues and substance use disorders.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement effective treatment strategies.

• Previous telehealth experience is a plus, as is familiarity with digital therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, along with a sign-on bonus.
