Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients' needs, formulate clinical diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans that align with therapeutic goals.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy utilizing an array of evidence-based modalities, tailored to the specific challenges and aspirations of your clients.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, offering immediate support and guidance when necessary.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessment results.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to provide comprehensive, coordinated care that meets clients' diverse needs.

• Facilitate psychoeducation sessions, informing clients and their families about mental health topics, treatment options, and available community resources while advocating for their rights and well-being.

• Engage in continuous professional development through trainings and workshops to remain updated on best practices and emerging trends in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will provide services to a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more complex psychological concerns. Cultivating an understanding of cultural and social dynamics will enhance your ability to effectively connect with and support clients from various backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid state license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).

• Possession of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.

• Proven clinical assessment and diagnostic skills to effectively identify mental health issues.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health setting.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with team members.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

• Strong commitment to ethical practices and maintaining professional standards.

• Previous clinical experience is preferred, but we are open to strong entry-level candidates eager to grow.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, and includes a sign-on bonus.
