Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments and initial consultations with clients to determine their mental health status and needs.

• Design, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on the unique situations and diagnoses of each client.

• Conduct regular teletherapy sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques to address conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance abuse.

• Provide clients with coping strategies, practical tools, and emotional support to help manage their conditions effectively.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and progress in compliance with ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with other health professionals by referring clients to additional services, such as psychiatry or support groups, when necessary.

• Participate in team meetings and case reviews, contributing your insights and expertise while continually evaluating the effectiveness of treatment methodologies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active and valid state license (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) to practice as a mental health counselor.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a track record of effective client outcomes.

• Deep knowledge of various mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and best practices in evidence-based therapy.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and competent in using technology for virtual service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Brain Builders Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
