Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse population of clients who have been prescreened and assessed as having low acuity needs. This approach ensures that you can focus on providing meaningful therapeutic support in a more manageable and stable environment. Our clients typically range from young adults to seniors, seeking assistance for a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, mild depression, stress management, and life transitions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An independent license to practice as a mental health counselor, including LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW, issued by the state of California; limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Demonstrated ability to perform professional evaluations and develop comprehensive treatment plans based on recognized best practices and standards.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with a capacity for empathy and support that fosters trust and rapport with clients.

• Proficient computer skills and comfort in using digital tools to conduct video sessions and manage client caseloads.
