Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques to support individual adult clients in their therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers and mental health counselors to devise comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Administer automated symptom self-assessments, functional improvement measurements, and goal progress evaluations to continuously adapt treatment strategies and improve client outcomes.

• Participate in weekly consultation sessions with the leadership team to receive guidance and share insights on client cases, ensuring ongoing professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse group of adults, focusing on those facing various mental health challenges. Our clients may be navigating issues related to anxiety, depression, complex trauma, and other disorders. You must be willing and able to treat varying populations, committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited institution.

• Minimum of one year of independent clinical experience as a therapist, counselor, or psychologist.

• Strong proficiency in evidence-based interventions, particularly Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 per year, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
