Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver comprehensive mental health counseling through a virtual platform, addressing clients' academic, personal, and social challenges to foster growth and resilience.

• Implement medication management strategies, including reminders for medication refills and adherence monitoring, to support clients in maintaining their wellness.

• Assist clients in navigating transportation options, whether through personal agency vehicles or public transportation, ensuring they attend essential medical and therapy appointments.

• Maintain accurate client documentation, including therapy notes and case management records, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

• Facilitate skill building by assisting clients with daily living activities such as grocery shopping, meal planning, and cooking, empowering them to take charge of their health and nutrition.

• Observe and report on clients' mood and behavior to develop actionable insights that directly inform treatment plans and interventions.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, providing timely updates and feedback to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

• Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory standards applicable to mental health counseling, including obtaining necessary program certifications.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
