This position is fully remote, allowing you to provide care wherever you are, as long as you have a reliable internet connection. Our outpatient office setting focuses on providing flexible therapy sessions via telehealth, ensuring support is accessible to clients in Modesto, California, and beyond. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that consider the cultural, social, and economic backgrounds of clients to inform tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual and group settings that reflect an understanding of the client's diversity and needs.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, helping clients develop coping strategies and enhance emotional resilience.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to provide integrated care for complex cases.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support during mental health emergencies to ensure client safety and stability.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them in their recovery journeys.

Qualifications\n

• Current and active state license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or PhD/PsyD in psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 74,000 to USD 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, you can expect a sign-on bonus as part of our commitment to attract top talent. Other benefits include:
