This position operates in an exclusively remote setting, allowing you the opportunity to conduct assessments and therapy sessions wherever you have a reliable internet connection. As part of our outpatient office, you will connect with clients over telehealth platforms, ensuring accessibility and convenience for both you and your patients. The role offers flexibility in scheduling, as team members can choose their hours based on personal and professional commitments, ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive mental health assessments and evaluations to understand each patient’s unique experiences, issues, and treatment needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions suitable for each client, considering their cultural and personal backgrounds.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing a range of mental health concerns, promoting resilience, and fostering emotional well-being.

Compensation and Benefits\n
