Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in relevant fields such as counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• A current state license as an LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMHC, or LMFT. Please note that applicants with an associate license cannot be considered.

• A strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and family therapy tailored to young individuals.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, employing a compassionate, child-centered approach tailored to young clients.

• The ability to establish trust and rapport with children, adolescents, and their families to facilitate effective therapeutic alliances.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications necessary for managing patient data efficiently.

• The capability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team focused on holistic patient care.

Preferred Experience\n

Ideal candidates will have previous experience in an outpatient setting, working specifically with children and adolescents. Familiarity with telehealth practices is an advantage, as well as experience with various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, play therapy, or family systems therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 122,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, our organization provides:
