This role is primarily remote, utilizing a telehealth platform that allows you to reach clients in the comfort of their homes. Our team is dedicated to offering a flexible yet structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some opportunities for adaptable hours based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Stentorian, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to deeply assess patients' histories and determine effective treatment strategies.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s specific trauma recovery goals.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), ensuring effective engagement in the healing process.

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions designed to assist patients in processing trauma, building coping strategies, and enhancing personal resilience.

• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for all clients.

• Delivering crisis intervention services and support during trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating strong judgment and clinical skills.

• Educating patients and their families about trauma responses, coping techniques, and resources available for supplemental support.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with legal standards, aligning with ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

Candidates are required to have the following qualifications:

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred, with a strong focus on trauma therapy specialties.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and general computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
