This position is fully remote, offering flexibility and the ability to work from the comfort of your own home. The role also allows for a balanced work-life schedule, with regular hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, although occasional evening shifts and rotating weekends may be required based on program needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for students, gathering vital information about their emotional and behavioral health.

• Develop, execute, and continually revise individualized treatment plans, aligning with the unique needs of each student.

• Provide a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, play therapy, and crisis intervention techniques.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing specific strategies to foster emotional regulation and coping skills.

• Coordinate with educators, speech therapists, and occupational therapists to ensure a multidisciplinary approach in addressing student needs.

• Offer psychoeducation and support to families, helping them understand mental health conditions and navigate available resources.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with legal regulations and ethical standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems for managing client information.

The primary focus of this role is to provide mental health services to students within the special education landscape. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid LCSW licensure in the state of Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits\n
