Work Environment\n

This position allows for a flexible remote work setting, enabling you to engage with clients using technological tools while being part of a progressive detox center that focuses on mental health. The typical work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts, rotating weekends, and on-call requirements to provide timely support when urgent needs arise.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments of students and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their specific needs and promote positive behavioral outcomes.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to address ASD, learning disabilities, emotional and behavioral disorders, ADHD, and trauma.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions designed to enhance coping strategies, emotional regulation, and personal growth.

• Collaborate closely with educators, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive care and support the student's integration into their academic environment.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies, employing your training to stabilize situations effectively.

• Engage in psychoeducation with students and their families, helping them understand mental health conditions and connect with available resources.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions in compliance with all applicable legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
