Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial evaluations of students to assess their mental health needs and define appropriate intervention strategies.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy to provide both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Work collaboratively with school counselors, educators, and parents to create a supportive learning environment and to outline interventions tailored to individual students’ needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with organizational policies and legal standards.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support to students in acute distress, ensuring appropriate resources are mobilized promptly.

• Develop and facilitate workshops or informational sessions for students and parents on mental health awareness and resources.
