Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of their needs.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy, employing evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Collaboratively develop and implement personalized treatment plans, continually monitoring client progress and adjusting interventions as needed.

• Engage with a multidisciplinary team of professionals including psychiatrists and psychologists to provide coordinated and holistic care for clients.

• Conduct crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning to ensure the well-being of clients in need of immediate support.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes aimed at providing support and fostering a sense of community among clients.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in alignment with ethical and legal standards, supporting effective communication and care continuity.

• Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development to advance personal skills and enhance the clinic's service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
