Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Optimum Care Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with best practices.

• Implementing various evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address clients' unique concerns.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, fully compliant with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers, to coordinate optimal care for each patient.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to share insights and enhance the service provided to clients.

• Educating patients and their families about mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources to foster informed decision-making.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
