Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify students' emotional, social, and behavioral needs, leveraging standardized assessment tools and observational techniques.

• Provide both individual and group counseling sessions, addressing varied issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment challenges, utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to each student's needs.

• Facilitate group counseling sessions focusing on critical topics, including bullying prevention, stress management strategies, and the development of essential social skills.

• Collaborate effectively with educators, school administrators, and families to devise and implement strategic interventions for behavioral concerns, ensuring a unified approach to student support.

• Assist with transition planning for students, providing guidance and referrals to community resources that can enhance their support networks.

• Deliver timely crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and create safety plans tailored to students’ unique circumstances.

• Lead psychoeducational workshops and sessions for students, parents, and staff, promoting mental health literacy and self-care strategies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
