Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing individualized, person-centered recovery plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Conducting ongoing assessments of clients’ mental health and treatment requirements to tailor services effectively.

• Collaboratively creating and monitoring individual service plans that enhance clients’ coping, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Working closely with clients to empower them in developing daily living skills and community integration strategies.

• Educating clients on available community resources and advocating for their access to these services in a supportive manner.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will primarily consist of individuals aged 18 and older dealing with a variety of mental health challenges. Many of our clients encounter difficulties maintaining stability and independence due to issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. The goal of your work will be to support these individuals not only in managing their conditions, but also in reconnecting with their communities and fulfilling their potential.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• A valid and current state license enabling independent practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A clear record with no disciplinary actions on your license, emphasizing professional integrity.

• A proven ability to practice independently, providing direct clinical services without supervision.

Preferred Experience\n
