Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, including comprehensive evaluations to understand underlying issues, leading to accurate clinical diagnoses and effective treatment plans tailored to each individual's situation.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness techniques, adapting approaches to meet the diverse preferences and objectives of clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring timely interventions that stabilize and guide them towards recovery.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, meticulously documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and client assessments to track therapeutic outcomes and adjust interventions as necessary.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community resources, to ensure holistic and integrated care for our clients, addressing their comprehensive mental health needs.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this position includes a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus.
