Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy, utilizing individual, couples, family, and group therapy modalities tailored to your clients' presenting issues.

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation adhering to ethical and legal standards while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate proactively with a multidisciplinary team, referring clients to appropriate resources and services as needed, enhancing overall patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be serving a varied caseload primarily composed of children, adolescents, and their families, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Our school-based approach ensures that you’ll work closely with educators and parents to provide coordinated care that tackles mental health head-on, helping students succeed both academically and emotionally.

Qualifications\n

• Active LCSW license in the state of New Jersey is required.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is essential.

• At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred, demonstrating direct experience in a school or community setting.

• Proficient in providing therapy via telehealth platforms, equipped with the necessary technology and communication skills.

• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and cultural humility to effectively engage with a diverse client base.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialized training in therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), or similar practices is highly regarded.

• Bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Spanish, are highly desirable, though not required.
