Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate each student's mental health status, strengths, and areas of concern.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to address the diverse needs of students.

• Collaborate closely with school personnel, including teachers, administrators, and mental health teams, to create integrated treatment plans that align with educational goals and student needs.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy, enhancing support networks and improving communication for comprehensive care.

• Help students and their families understand diagnoses, treatment options, and resources, fostering empowerment and self-advocacy.

• Facilitate discharge planning and transition support for students returning to school post-treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

The annual salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
