Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to accurately understand clients' mental health histories and current concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using established evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or trauma-focused therapy.

• Compose and implement customized treatment plans with clear, actionable goals and necessary interventions to facilitate client growth and recovery.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other clinicians to ensure clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care tailored to their needs.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning as part of a proactive approach to managing potential mental health emergencies.

• Maintain detailed documentation and reporting in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring accountability and quality in client care.

In this role, you will work primarily with school-aged children and adolescents who may be experiencing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n
