Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patient mental health status, utilizing the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to formulate accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate patients' progress, adjusting treatment strategies and interventions based on their evolving needs.

• Maintain detailed treatment records and clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their goals and desired outcomes, incorporating cultural and demographic considerations.

• Engage in proactive interventions aimed at ensuring patient safety, symptom reduction, and overall well-being.

• Facilitate referrals and coordinate patient access to necessary external services, establishing strong connections with other healthcare providers and organizations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
