Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population ranging from adolescents to adults, addressing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and more. You will utilize a client-centered approach and solution-based practices to build strong therapeutic relationships and inspire positive change in your clients' lives.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Texas.
\n
• Strong knowledge of solution-focused and other evidence-based psychotherapy interventions.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the cultivation of trusting relationships with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience working in a clinical setting, preferably in outpatient mental health. Familiarity with electronic health records, as well as a background in a multidisciplinary team environment, is highly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
