Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health status and create tailored treatment plans that align with their individual goals and needs.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy to adult clients utilizing various therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices.

• Utilize teletherapy tools for delivering high-quality virtual sessions, ensuring all clients receive the same level of care as they would in-person.

• Offer crisis intervention services as necessary, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to clients in distress.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, such as attending workshops and training sessions, to remain up-to-date with current mental health best practices and advancements in therapy methodologies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Dynamic Family Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
