Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gain insight into clients' mental health issues, personal strengths, and available resources, aiding in the development of holistic treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using established evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy, ensuring clients are engaged in their treatment process.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that detail specific therapeutic goals and interventions tailored to each client’s needs, regularly updating these plans as necessary.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure consistent and coordinated care among all professionals involved in a client's treatment.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, developing risk assessments and safety plans to support clients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans to comply with ethical and legal standards.
