Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while being part of our compassionate team. While the majority of your work will be conducted from home, you may be required to engage in community outreach and client visits on an as-needed basis. Our clinic hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evenings and weekends necessary to accommodate client needs. On-call availability may also be required to address urgent client situations, ensuring continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients' psychosocial needs, evaluating emotional, mental, and social factors that may impact their well-being.

• Provide therapeutic counseling and emotional support, guiding clients through life transitions such as aging, loss, or adjustment challenges.

• Work alongside interdisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals and caregivers, to coordinate and optimize client care.

• Regularly monitor clients' well-being through scheduled visits and check-ins, assessing changes in their conditions and living environments.

• Facilitate effective communication among family members to resolve conflicts and enhance support systems for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about available resources and support programs to enhance social engagement and well-being.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client interactions, care plans, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory standards.

• Stay updated on best practices in social work, including clinical methods, policies, and ethical requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The starting salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
