Key Responsibilities\n

• Directly engage with clients in both clinical and community settings, effectively addressing their mental health needs and managing symptoms related to major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that emphasize client choice and empowerment.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring that therapeutic interventions are relevant and responsive to clients' presenting problems and needs.

• Provide ongoing monitoring and evaluation of client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on client feedback and clinical observations.

• Collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring that all client needs are met and that information is shared in a confidential and respectful manner.

• Participate actively in agency committees focused on service delivery improvement and quality assurance, contributing ideas and implementing best practices.

• Assist in crisis intervention efforts and provide on-call coverage as needed, demonstrating quick decision-making and clinical judgment in high-stress situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
