Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and create individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring a personalized approach to therapy.

• Facilitate therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical records in compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines to uphold the trust and confidentiality of our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and include individuals grappling with a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, marital issues, trauma, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in counseling, preferably in a clinical environment.

• Comprehensive understanding of legal requirements and ethical standards in counseling practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 60,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
