Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: You will lead engaging group therapy sessions that encourage participants to share experiences and support one another. Each session aims to foster community and build coping strategies.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Deliver personalized counseling services that enable clients to explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. You will help them develop effective coping mechanisms and action plans for personal growth.

• Developing Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to create tailored treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and goals, incorporating client feedback and progress monitoring.

• Monitoring Progress: Utilize assessment tools and client feedback to track therapeutic progress. Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborating with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work closely with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care. Regular communication and coordination will be essential in managing complex cases effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on young adults who are navigating various mental health challenges, including mood disorders and anxiety. You will provide compassionate support to help them achieve stability and recovery. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure in Colorado.

• Proven experience in delivering mental health treatment, particularly with clients experiencing mood disorders in either residential or outpatient settings.

• Excellent collaboration skills and a passion for working as part of a team dedicated to fostering positive change.

• Strong clinical competencies, including proficiency in motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates with a track record of working effectively in a community health setting or similar environments. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and a foundation in interdisciplinary teamwork will be advantageous.
