Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with us, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of clients, establishing trust and maintaining professional ethics while developing positive therapeutic relationships.

• Conducting regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, stability, and readiness for discharge when appropriate.

• Creating, implementing, and monitoring personalized treatment plans that align with clients' individual needs and goals.

• Documenting all interactions and progress in detail to maintain accurate client records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Carrying out comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and formulating initial treatment plans.

• Providing direct individual therapy sessions that promote healing, resilience, and growth.
\n
• Engaging in individual supervision for ongoing professional development and accountability.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers for integrated care solutions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will directly impact a diverse outpatient population, consisting of individuals from various backgrounds and age groups. Qualifications\n

Candidates must possess the following credentials:

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• An active, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting following graduation.

• Proficiency in using technology, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and the PIMSY platform.
