Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, discuss upcoming appointments, and determine discharge readiness when suitable.

• Create, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs.
\n
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of client sessions and progress notes in compliance with best practices.
\n
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to understand client histories and current challenges.
\n
• Deliver a specified number of individual therapy sessions weekly.
\n
• Engage in individual supervision to enhance your clinical skills and receive constructive feedback.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Current, unrestricted LPC license to practice professionally in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficient technology skills, including familiarity with Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

• Direct experience providing psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

• Comfort and proficiency in conducting intake assessments with diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers competitive annual compensation ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 90,000, based on experience and qualifications. Our Fee-for-Service model ensures that you are fairly compensated for your work, with guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections, eliminating the waiting period for reimbursement.
