Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing strong rapport and maintaining professional ethics and boundaries throughout the therapeutic process.

• Develop person-centered treatment plans that are comprehensive and tailored to each individual's unique circumstances, continuously monitoring and adjusting these plans as needed.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to identify clients' needs and how our services can best address their concerns.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress notes in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

• Engage in individual therapy sessions on a regular schedule, providing direct psychotherapy services in line with best practices.

• Participate in individual supervision to enhance professional development and ensure the highest quality of care.

Qualifications\n
