Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop customized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, conducting both initial diagnostics and ongoing evaluations.

• Deliver a variety of therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals to ensure holistic and integrated care for clients, actively participating in case consultations and inter-disciplinary meetings.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and workload.
