Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at WPS, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy: Facilitate weekly virtual group sessions that encourage clients to share their experiences, fostering peer support and learning.

• Individual Therapy: Conduct one-on-one telehealth sessions, providing personalized counseling that helps clients explore their thoughts and feelings while developing practical coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique goals, preferences, and challenges.

• Progress Monitoring: Use various assessment tools to evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on outcomes and feedback.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients, engaging in regular meetings to discuss and consult on case management.

You will primarily work with young adults aged 18 to 30, guiding them through a myriad of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 yearly , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
