Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to design individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet client needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing on effective treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain detailed and up-to-date clinical documentation and records, upholding ethical and legal standards for client confidentiality and treatment protocols.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, engaging in case consultations and contributing to a holistic approach to client care, ensuring that all therapeutic efforts are aligned.

• Participate in ongoing training workshops and professional development activities to stay informed on the latest research and best practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base consists primarily of individuals and families who often face challenges in accessing adequate mental health services. As an LCPC at Crossroad Behavioral Health Clinic, you will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, including young adults, families navigating parenting challenges, and individuals overcoming trauma, addiction, and other mental health issues. Your role will be crucial in enhancing their coping strategies and promoting resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).

Compensation and Benefits\n
