Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations using structured interview techniques and evidence-based assessment tools to fully understand clients’ needs.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that include specific goals and interventions for each client, ensuring that the plans are adaptable based on ongoing evaluations and client feedback.

• Maintain precise and thorough clinical documentation using our electronic health record (EHR) system, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines for client confidentiality and data security.

• Monitor and assess patient progress regularly through follow-up sessions, adapting treatment strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

• Engage in regular case management meetings with interdisciplinary teams, sharing insights and collaborating with other health professionals to coordinate comprehensive client care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning to assist clients during acute distress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will mainly work with clients dealing with a variety of mental health disorders including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and those struggling with substance use disorders. Our patient population is diverse, and you will be responsible for delivering culturally competent care that respects each client’s unique background and personal experiences. By utilizing our telehealth services, you will help bridge gaps in mental health access, promoting wellness and recovery for those who may face barriers to traditional in-person therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.

• An active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience in a mental health or substance use treatment setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
