Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans based on clients' unique circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy to individuals, families, and groups.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal regulations, ensuring the confidentiality and protection of client information.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to enhance collaborative care models, sharing insights that contribute to improved client outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training opportunities to stay abreast of the latest mental health research and strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with diverse populations, including individuals facing challenges with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and family-related issues. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and your approach will be crucial in establishing trust and rapport, ensuring that clients feel respected and understood in their healing journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted LPCC license in the state of California.

• At least two years of experience in counseling, preferably within a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role is highly competitive, with a salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 annually, plus opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
