Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to address a variety of mental health concerns.

• Facilitate group and family therapy sessions, creating a safe environment for open discussion and healing.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary range for this role is USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload capacity.
