Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to establish individual client needs and treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT).

• Deliver high-quality individual and group therapy sessions, meticulously documenting all client interactions per regulatory requirements.

• Maintain up-to-date patient records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational protocols and state regulations.

• Provide ongoing support and clinical intervention to clients, helping them navigate challenges while promoting resilience and recovery.

• Engage in case consultation and collaboration with other healthcare professionals to enhance multidisciplinary care for clients.

• Participate in regular training and professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Strength Path Wellness Center, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges such as relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Our focus on culturally competent care ensures that you will tailor your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client, fostering an inclusive and respectful environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of experience in providing mental health counseling or therapy services, demonstrating strong clinical skills and a commitment to client care.

• Excellent diagnostic capabilities, with the ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

• Outstanding interpersonal communication skills, enabling the establishment of strong therapeutic rapport with clients.

• A demonstrated commitment to cultural competence and tailored client-centered care.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, experience working within a community health setting is preferred. Knowledge and application of various therapeutic modalities beyond CBT would be highly beneficial. Candidates with a strong background in trauma-informed care will also be viewed favorably.

Compensation and Benefits\n
