Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to conduct all client sessions via telehealth platforms. Our innovative approach enables therapists to enjoy the flexibility of working from their chosen location while still engaging with a collaborative team environment. Although your practice is remote, we prioritize teamwork and provide opportunities for virtual consultations and meet-ups.
\n The positions available offer autonomy in managing your client caseload, with a weekly target of 10-30 billable hours, contributing to a schedule that fits your personal and professional needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for patients utilizing the latest Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).

• Deliver short-term psychotherapy services and case management, ensuring treatment planning and intervention strategies are tailored to individual, family, and group needs.
\n
• Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, quickly determining the appropriate level of care based on patient urgency and clinical needs.
\n
• Provide various psychotherapeutic modalities, including skills training, supportive therapy, couples counseling, and addictions counseling.
\n
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance the holistic treatment experience for clients and coordinate care with psychiatrists when needed.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, prepare necessary reports, and communicate effectively with relevant community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a therapist at Odyssey House, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing mental health challenges, families in crisis, and clients dealing with dual disorders. Our focus is to provide tailored therapeutic interventions that address the unique needs of each client while emphasizing family dynamics and sociocultural factors.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid LMFT or Psy.D license to practice in the state of Texas.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• Minimum of two years of demonstrated experience in providing psychotherapy services.

• Proficient in utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience in multidisciplinary team settings, collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 75,000 and 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education. In addition to a robust compensation package, we offer:
