This is a fully remote position based in Mesa, Arizona, where you can create your own work schedule according to your personal and professional needs. Whether you prefer full-time or part-time hours, you will have the autonomy to manage your caseload effectively. Therapists will engage with colleagues through regular online consultations while having the flexibility to meet in person if desired. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations for individuals using the latest DSM guidelines, under the supervision of licensed psychologists or psychiatrists.

• Deliver high-quality short-term psychotherapy to clients, families, and groups with mental health concerns, including providing crisis intervention and managing treatment planning.

• Utilize various evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and family therapy to effectively address mental health and dual diagnosis disorders.

• Regularly assess clients’ progress and adapt treatment plans based on evolving clinical needs and urgency.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and other health professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure optimal client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and follow-ups while adhering to all state and federal compliance and regulatory standards.

• Provide constructive feedback and clinical insight during team meetings while staying current with best practices in behavioral health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our work primarily focuses on veterans and their families, addressing a wide range of mental health issues including PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and substance use disorders. Therapists will engage with clients from varied backgrounds, adapting therapeutic approaches to meet individual needs and circumstances. The practice emphasizes culturally competent care, understanding that each veteran's journey is unique.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid LMFT license or Psy.D in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• At least two years of relevant experience providing psychotherapy services, particularly within diverse populations.

• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with veterans or military families is a significant advantage.

• Demonstrated ability to utilize specific evidence-based interventions tailored to individual and family therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 125,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus to qualified candidates.
