Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing clinicians to work from anywhere while staying connected with our team and clients. To minimize administrative burdens, we take care of all backend tasks, enabling our therapists to dedicate their time to client-focused activities. Clinicians are given the autonomy to manage their own caseloads, balancing between 10 to 30 billable hours per week. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and deliver evidence-based psychotherapy for individuals and families, utilizing tools such as the DSM and tailored treatment plans.

• Engage in crisis intervention and provide therapeutic services like couples counseling, stress management, and family therapy.

• Utilize electronic health records and telehealth platforms effectively to document patient interactions and treatment plans.

• Provide clinical consultation and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance the quality of care delivered to our clients.

• Participate in quality improvement efforts, including review meetings and case discussions with fellow clinicians.

• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, prepare necessary reports, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals as needed.

• Stay informed about the latest clinical practices and evidence-based treatment modalities to improve therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on veterans and their families experiencing mental health issues, including those with dual diagnoses. Clients may present with challenges such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other substance use disorders. The adaptable telehealth environment allows us to reach clients who may face barriers to traditional in-person therapy, ensuring they receive the support necessary for their recovery and personal development.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid LMFT license or Psy.D to practice psychotherapy in the state of Arizona.

• A master’s or doctoral level degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services, particularly with veterans or similar populations.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic medical record systems to maintain client documentation.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapies and intervention methods.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 125,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
