Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions and formulate personalized treatment plans that align with our clients’ unique needs.

• Maintain a robust caseload of at least 27 client visits per week, ensuring the timely documentation of therapeutic sessions, assessments, and treatment adjustments in compliance with company protocols.

• Collaborate seamlessly with an interdisciplinary team, including case managers, medical professionals, and school staff, to provide well-rounded support for clients and their families.

• Employ innovative therapeutic interventions that promote client engagement and effective outcomes, drawing on various therapeutic techniques customized to each individual.

• Participate actively in all clinical meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and contribute positively to team dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution.

• Current LMFT license with active clinical status in Washington state.

• Proven experience in completing clinical documentation—including assessments, treatment plans, and case notes—that adheres to regulatory requirements.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey treatment progress and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

• Strong organizational abilities to submit documentation in a timely manner while managing a dynamic workload.

• Demonstrated capacity to maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients while fostering a warm and supportive therapeutic relationship.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a remote therapy setting, with a preference for familiarity with telehealth methodologies.

• Proficiency in electronic health record systems, especially Valant.
\n
• Hands-on experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities that could benefit our diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also provide a sign-on bonus to support your transition into our team. Our benefits include:
