Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a member of Solaris Counseling Services, you will work with diverse populations, including individuals and families grappling with a variety of mental health concerns ranging from anxiety and depression to existential crises and relational discord. Qualifications\n

• A completed master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid LMFT license in Texas, meeting all state licensing requirements, including passing a recognized exam and supervised clinical experience.

• Strong clinical skills in performing assessments, diagnosing mental health conditions, and providing therapy in individual, couple, and family settings.

• Ability to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to client's specific circumstances.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least one year of supervised clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
